These terms cover your use of our website. Client projects are also governed by the individual proposal or service agreement signed for that work.
01Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Fan Freak Pro LLC ("we", "our" or "us") covering your access to www.fanxflix.com and related services. By using the site, you confirm you have read and accept these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.
02Intellectual Property Rights
Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site, including code, design, text, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to Fan Freak Pro LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Who owns client deliverables is set out in each engagement's service agreement.
03User Representations
By using the site, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete, that you are at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms, and that you won't use the site for anything unlawful or unauthorized.
04User Registration
Some features, such as client reporting portals, may need an account. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done under your account. We may change or remove usernames we consider inappropriate.
05Fees and Payment
Service fees are set out in your proposal or service agreement, and invoices are due by the date shown. Unless your agreement says otherwise, refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment. No refunds are given after 7 days or for work already delivered. Overdue invoices may lead to services being paused.
06Prohibited Activities
You may only use the site for its intended purpose. You must not, for example, scrape data in bulk, try to get around security measures, upload harmful code, pretend to be someone else, harass our team or use the site to build a competing service.
07User Generated Contributions
The site may let you send us content such as messages, feedback or reviews ("Contributions"). You are responsible for what you submit and confirm it doesn't infringe anyone's rights and isn't unlawful, misleading or offensive.
08Contribution License
When you submit a Contribution, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display it in connection with running and promoting the site. You keep ownership of it.
09Guidelines for Reviews
Reviews must reflect your own experience, be free of offensive language and false claims, and must not be paid for or written by competitors. We may accept, decline or remove reviews at our discretion.
10Submissions
Ideas, suggestions or feedback you send us about the site ("Submissions") are not confidential, and we may use them for any lawful purpose without credit or payment to you.
11Third-Party Websites and Content
The site may link to websites and content run by others, including social networks. We don't check or endorse them and aren't responsible for their accuracy or practices. You visit them at your own risk.

The site may occasionally contain typos, errors or missing information. We may correct these and update content at any time without notice.
18Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Marketing results depend on many factors, so we can't guarantee specific outcomes.
19Limitations of Liability
We and our team will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the three months before the claim.
20Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against any loss, liability or claim, including reasonable legal fees, that results from your Contributions, your use of the site or your breach of these terms.
21User Data
We keep some data you send through the site to manage how it performs. You are responsible for the data you send, and we are not liable for its loss or corruption.
22Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
Using the site, emailing us and filling in online forms all count as electronic communications. You agree to receive communications electronically and accept that electronic agreements and notices meet any legal requirement for written communication.
23Miscellaneous
